All our holisitic therapies are carried out to your specific requirements in terms of pressure and problems.  We play calming and relaxing music whilst your treatments are carried out to further enhance the feeling of well bing of body and mind.  For all our Holistic therapies, if you book and pay for five, we will give you one free! (all six treatments must be taken within a six month period, after which they will be forfeited)

HOT STONE THERAPY  -  Warm stones glide over the skin and the warmth radiates through the body, giving instant relaxation.  Circulation is boosted, muscle tension is released and you will be overcome by a feeling of well being.  Perfect Pamper Days

In our experience pamper days have been booked for a variety of reasons, such as mother and daughter treats, birthdays, anniversaries (couples), hen parties, weddings (great way to de-stress before the big day!) and just a general de-stress and feel good factor. So whatever the reason, please let us know as much as you can about your needs so that we can do everything in order to meet them.

THINGS TO BRING WITH YOU ON THE DAY:

When you arrive at our salon, we are sure you will begin to relax and de-stress almost immediately. You have nothing to do, nothing to plan, nothing to worry about for a whole day (or half day). Just leave it all to us to take care of you.

To get the best out of your day, we have put together a selection of packages for you to choose from. We also have a light, healthy and tasty lunch for you along with refreshments throughout the day. But please feel free to bring your own – just let us know your requirements when you book.

When you arrive, you will be asked to complete a consultation form so that we can best tailor our treatments for your needs. Then off to slip into a fluffy dressing gown for the rest of the day. Again, if you would prefer to bring your own dressing gown, just let us know. Please bring a pair of flip flops, sandals or slippers with you.

During your planned rest periods in the lounge area, you may like to bring your favourite book or magazine or you can read the magazines provided. Please don’t bring work or laptops, this will defeat the object somewhat!. We would also request that you please switch off mobile phones so they don’t disturb the peace for you or your friends/colleagues.

1. Times are 10.30 until 4.30
2. A light lunch is included in the price, however, if you prefer to bring your own, then please deduct £5.00 from the price

3. Relaxation periods in the lounge – time to relax, read or chat
4. We need a £10.00 non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking
5. We need a minimum of two people for each full day package and can do half day packages for one

Due to the planning of staff and treatments, it is not possible to offer alternative treatments to those described above on pamper days.  If you wish to have a treatment from our price list, we can offer a 10% discount if taken on the same day and this must be booked at the same time as the package.
